Today will be a week since the last time I saw you, my dear best friend. I miss you so much, and I’m trying to be strong without your presence around me. This past week I’ve been left with my own thoughts and I came to one conclusion, that I’ve never felt so alone in my life. You kept me at peace and made me stand strong, in reality it was the best thing anyone could do for me. You picked up the pieces and put me back together when I needed someone. I know you left because you needed to and your future depended on it. But, it also opened my own eyes of what I’m doing here. And for that, I thank you because I’ve been thinking about following your own footsteps.
